"Tried to make a booking using the app. No confirmation that the booking had been made just a "waiting message". Showed a time for about 10 minutes after I had booked it so waited to see if that was when the car was due but nothing showed up. Cancelled it 20 minutes after making it (plenty of time to be contacted) and just got an uber instead. Shame really as I'd rather give my money to a local firm - let me know if you manage to fix the problems and I'll happily give it another go"
